Shipping and Online Sales Policy
Shipping:
CUESCOO will send the product(s) purchased through our platform cuescoo.com through DHL, products will arrive at their destination in a maximum time of nine (9) business days after payment is received and in accordance to the purchases’ final destination. The delivery period will begin once confirmation of your payment through our page is confirmed, which may take 1 to 2 business days to process.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Mexican national holidays. For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays, the delivery period will start from the next business day.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping applies only to the interior of the Mexican Republic.
Damaged Products:
Upon the delivery of your product by (DHL) it is important that the customer verify that the product arrived in optimal conditions, if not, you must take a picture and send it immediately by email to info@cuescoo.com
Exchange Policy:
In case of an error in your product in relation to the requested order. To make a claim to change products, the customer will be asked for photographs of the product received as evidence to compare it with the corresponding purchase order within our online store.
To make this change it is necessary that the claim be made in the first 24 hours corresponding to the receipt of the product by sending them to the following email: info@cuescoo.com with the corresponding photographs, the confirmation number, date of order, contact number and full name.
Having contacted us, the procedure corresponding to the product change will be indicated if the request is authorized according to our policies, terms and conditions mentioned in this document.
